US-based carrier, United Airlines has announced the introduction of a new direct route between Newark and Dubrovnik, launching July 8. The route will operate until October 3 on a Boeing 767-300ER with 30 United Polaris business class seats available.
Operating three times a week, departures from Newark are scheduled for Monday, Thursday and Saturday. Return flights from Dubrovnik are scheduled for Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Travelers will also be able to take advantage of the airline's wider network as flights will be timed to allow for connections to 65 North American cities.
"As countries around the world begin the process of reopening, leisure travelers are eager to take a long-awaited getaway to new international destinations," said Patrick Quayle, vice president of international network and alliances. "These three new routes unlock the natural beauty of the outdoors for our guests. They are also the latest example of how United is remaining nimble in rebuilding our network."
Return ticket prices start from $689. To check prices and book a ticket, visit the United Airlines website.
