Operations Manager - Central Dalmatia
Nives holds a Master’s degree in Maritime Management from the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Split. Before joining Adriatic DMC, she spent three years working onboard cruise ships, gaining valuable international experience and developing strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
After spending years travelling the world, travel has naturally become one of Nives’ favourite hobbies. She has explored destinations across the Americas, the Caribbean, Mexico and Europe, with Puerto Rico and Iceland among the places that left a lasting impression. Southern Europe remains her favourite, particularly Italy, Spain and Malta.
Outside of work, Nives enjoys long walks, watching a good film or series, and cooking and discovering new dishes. Her top recommendation in Croatia is Hvar, for its combination of beautiful nature, rich cultural heritage, excellent gastronomy and something for everyone.
