Operations Specialist - Dubrovnik
Martina graduated as a Hotel and Tourism Technician and brings extensive hands-on experience in tourism operations to Adriatic DMC. Before joining the company, she spent six years working managing a rental agency with a diverse portfolio of properties.
Outside of work, Martina is an avid reader with an ambitious goal of reading 80–100 books a year — last year, she reached 92! When she is not reading or answering calls from our ground team, she enjoys spending time in nature with her husband, children and dog.
Her favourite destination outside Croatia is Vienna at Christmas, when the city’s festive atmosphere left a lasting impression. In Croatia, her top recommendation is Lastovo — the place where she has enjoyed the most peaceful and relaxing holiday.
