Operations Specialist - Dubrovnik
Maro holds a Master’s degree in Hotel Management and has built his career in hospitality, spending ten years working across different hotels and roles within the luxury hotel industry before joining Adriatic DMC.
Outside of work, Maro follows football and enjoys playing with friends, but his greatest passion is folklore. He has been an active member of FA Linđo for the past 16 years and has also attended the Croatian School of Folklore, where he studied the history and traditional dances of different parts of Croatia. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends around Dubrovnik.
His favourite travel experience was a trip to the USA in 2024 as part of a Linđo tour. New York was the highlight, impressing him with its infrastructure, technology and fast-paced way of life.
In Croatia, his top recommendation is Hvar, one of the country’s most beautiful islands, combining rich history, natural beauty and a lively summer atmosphere.
