A graduate of Hotel and Tourism Management, Ivana’s career has always been closely connected to tourism. She spent five years working in hotel operations before joining Adriatic DMC, gaining a broad understanding of the industry along the way.
A self-described introvert, Ivana discovered the importance of communication early in her career and has since developed a passion for languages, learning English, Spanish and German, as well as Portuguese.
Outside of work, Ivana enjoys long walks, coffee, the sea and, above all, food. She loves discovering different cultures and cuisines and is particularly passionate about cooking and baking.
Portugal is her favourite travel destination, thanks to its relaxed lifestyle, gastronomy and, of course, pastel de nata. Her top recommendation in Croatia is Lastovo — an island she describes as a place of untouched nature, crystal-clear sea and great food.
