Adriatic DMC Dubrovnik Shore Excursion Wins Magellan Award

Windstar Cruises’ Concierge Collection shore excursion ‘Dubrovnik Dinner at a local family village estate’ has been awarded a top prize at the 2017 Travel Weekly Magellan Awards.

Developed and delivered with its partner by destination management company, Adriatic DMC, the half day excursion was awarded silver in the cruise liner expedition and shore excursion category at the travel industry award ceremony.

Dinner at a local village family home offers Windstar Cruises’ passengers the opportunity to see how people once lived in the Konavle valley just outside of Dubrovnik, the chance to learn about local cuisine and of course, sample delicious local specialties in the warm surroundings of the traditional Novakovic family home.
