The most famous of all Croatian destinations, Dubrovnik is known globally for the unique beauty of its fortified Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. Located on the south of the Croatian Adriatic Coast, this city never fails to amaze visitors with sights of its imposing city walls and forts, monasteries, palaces, and cobbled streets lined with restaurants and cafes. A walk along the city walls is a must, offering views into the belly of the Old Town on one side and mesmerizing Adriatic Sea reaching all the way to Italy on the other.
