October Off to a Record-Breaking Start for Adriatic DMC

Leading DMC enters October with a bang thanks to a record-breaking day across its Adriatic ports

Leading regional destination management company, Adriatic DMC has entered October with a bang thanks to a record-breaking day across its Adriatic ports. The company welcomed six different ocean cruise vessels to ports in Croatia and Montenegro today, marking the busiest day in ground operations for the company in 2023.

Adriatic DMC's Middle Dalmatia operations team welcomed four vessels in total: Azamara Onward and Viking Jupiter in Sibenik, and Viking Sea and Viking Neptune in Split. While Azamara Pursuit and Royal Caribbean Cruises' Explorer of the Seas sailed into the Montenegrin port of Kotor.

Srdjan Kristic, managing director at Adriatic DMC said, "It's been a spectacular start to October for our destinations. The pre- and post-season months are the perfect time to visit the coast for those looking to experience the Adriatic Coast in-depth and at a slower pace and our partners certainly see that reflected in their bookings. Passengers get to enjoy fantastic warm weather while the change in season brings with it plenty of cultural and culinary delights."
